Drawing lips is a lot of fun. You can make then different shapes and sizes. You can draw them closed and open with the teeth showing. Also it is easy to draw lips. Start with drawing a cross. Vertical line 1 inch and horizontal line 3 inches. Your lips will come out nice and tick. Connect the outside lines of the cross, so the drawing will look like a boat. Then draw and upside down arc, you can see it on the top right picture. On the lower lip do the same. And wuala, your lips are ready.
Lower you can see how the lips are shaded, practice your shading and the lips will come out perfect. Enjoy!

i need to know how to draw guy lips- they are very difficalt!!!
it really made drawing 1 in highschool easier to decifer.
Im kinda new to sketching real life, i can do the eyes fairly well and the other face proportions but i kinda draw the lips in a cartoon style since im used to drawing Manga/anime, lips are very hard to draw, im practicing everyday and their getting their. Just keep drawing it from a picture then try and sketch it from your mind, it dose help alot. also this infomation on this page helped me alot.

I like the lips, but everyone's lips are different. I am doing my best to use your sketches of lips as a guide while drawing another type of lips. Than you for doing this guide.
